The animals and birds in the grounds
It’s very expensive compared to similar destinations
Property and rooms were outstanding. Staff super helpful. Showers great. View was great. Definitely the best place to stay in Manuel Antonio. The amenities, the toilietries, breakfasts, pools, trails, everything top notch. Staff very attentive to details.
The breakfasts are great, but the food at the restaurants could be better. The taxi transportation to other better restaurants does get expensive. The cleaning service sometimes made noise in the morning banging a broom against the outside railings.
The location was perfect, the service was good, wildlife was great, lunch & dinner was nice.
The prices in the restaurants were a bit exaggerated. The breakfast was poor and needs improvement if the hotel wants to attract also European tourists. The breakfast was rather catered for the American tourists, not ideal for the European taste at all. Unfortunately, we really struggled to find appropriate food for breakfast.
Hunt was amazing! Such a nice guy! If you want to know where the sloths are just ask Hunt. Hansel the check in guy. He was also very nice. Customer service is obviously their top concern.
The staff were friendly and helpful . We had a guide from the hotel to take us round the wildlife park. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
The rooms were basic , as were the facilities. The pools were small and overcrowded. The food was poor quality but expensive

Pools were good, overall resort was well maintained. view was good.
Fruits seemed precut the previous day as it had absorbed water and was soggy. Being a tropical place fruit juice was not fresh. other resorts we stayed in CR had fresh fruit juice and fresh cut fruits. Staff needs to friendly not just smile when about to be seated and other times are not friendly.
Everything- Location, food, staff. Can’t fault it
Pools, nice staff and beautifully curated rooms and shared places. Walking trails privacy safety.
Nothing really just wish the price was lower.
Amazing views. Super friendly and helpful staff. Food was amazing. Cleaning staff was exceptional, they cleaned the whole room every day. The pool was great.
The open shower in the room made water go all over the floor when showering.
