Historical building - beautifully restored. Huge room - very comfortable and quiet. Underground garage and several electric car chargers.
Nothing
wonderful and sensitive restoration.
Staff were poorly trained and quite rude at times. We had a serious problem with one of the rooms (water coming through the ceiling) and staff were unwilling to compensate as it had been booked through Booking.com
It’s a very grounding and peaceful space. Hard to describe in words. The feeling is expansive and beautiful.
The bar area, as others have mentioned, is underwhelming. If you sit outside, it’s much nicer with a calming atmosphere. (Inside, not so).
Well what can you about this Parador (we have stayed in several) Its a stunner both in size inc the very large rooms. The breakfast and in particular the evening meals were 1st class, with brilliant friendly staff.
Having to leave !!
Loved the history of this building and the free tour a member of staff gave, even though it was in Spanish.
A comfortable room, good food and professional staff
What an amazing place from the underground car park to the display of the ruins of the old monastery to everything else about this Hotel. You will need to take it all in from the moment you book in and go to your room There is a Spa providing treatments to indulge yourself and an amazing indoor pool The library is a must to visit within the monastery We opted to eat in the restaurant instead of go...
The grandeur and history was splendid. Quality and price was exceptional
All great
Stunning place with excellent staff, it is a must stay location
We liked everything. the building was very impressive and also the quality of the fit-out.
It was a 30 min walk to the town but nothing the hotel can do about that. A shuttle bus, say morning afternoon and late. There were no taxis available in the town to get back to the hotel.
