Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, they really went above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. The location is beautiful and the rooms are very cozy. Bus shuttle service is also a very nice plus.

We loved our stay. We were a group of four, 2 couples. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They gave us all the necessary information we needed, advised us on locations around to see, hotels, etc. The facilities were all we needed. The sauna was very nice, cost and clean. Mountain view, clean room, tasty breakfast, very friendly staff.
Mr Wagner (the Dad) would be the reason I would want to return here. He is the loveliest man and I wish I had of said goodbye to him properly before we left. Check in was great, however, Mr Wagner showing us to our room and making breakfast was my favorite. There are slippers outside your room and you put them on going into your room. Everything was great, the hostess was very kind and the hotel was very clean
It was located in a wonderful place and the view was also amazing. The owner of the hotel was very kind and helpful and inform us about a lot of programs and restaurants. The breakfeast was also very delicious and unique. The room was very cleaned and friendly.

Very friendly and caring hosts! Great breakfasts! After skiing, you can warm up in the sauna, which adds comfort. Very warm and homely atmosphere. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.
For lunch and dinner you have to go to other hotels or cafes. But the owners are very willing to help book a taxi and a table in the restaurant. If you're with your car, there's no problem.
The owners were the absolute best. They went above and beyond to make sure our large group was taken care of. They even mailed us some ski clothing we had left behind. The rooms were comfortable and I really appreciated their efforts to help us disconnect and enjoy the space. The location was stunning!
