Nice hotel but a bit old

The location and the surrounding, connected to a beautiful garden.
They gave us the room located near the hotel chimney. The walk from the lift to the room is endless.
The room was very spacious, quite, clean, breakfast has many options, very delicious too. The entire hotel has been beautifully structured and decorated. The view from our hotel window was amazing!
We are happy with everything, only thing was the bathtub drain was blocked. But it was ok as there were two bathrooms, the shower in the other room worked perfectly.

Let Down by Noise and Hard Beds Unfortunately, the comfort level falls short. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, and the room lacked soundproofing—we could clearly hear people dragging their luggage and having conversations as they passed by. Love the hotel and the architecture, it’s very unique and convenient too connected to the park.
When I entered the room the water tap was running in the bathroom, staff forgot to close it properly and luckily there’s no flood yet…
