We will rest at Paloma Finesse for the seventh time. I really like the aesthetics of the hotel buildings, rooms and landscaping. Pleasant reception staff, room cleaners. I like the food, the culture of its presentation. A real peaceful vacation.
Only one unpleasant thing: the service staff on the beach. Every morning I swim in the sea early - around seven in the morning. And I see how the service staff takes up the beds - really towels. During the day, those beds are offered for a fee of 2-1 eur. Unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel of this level
The hotel is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The staff are brilliant and so helpful and kind. The food is immaculate with multiple variates for everyone. Also you can book your journeys with the reception with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend x
Beach, sea, aqua park, evening performance and aqua park is amazing.
Food variety is very poor. It's not bad, it's still mostly good food, but I've been to this hotel 3 times, and I see how it's degrading over time. Also numbers are getting older and older and renovation is very much needed
Our 2nd visit to Paloma Finesse and we also stayed in Paloma Orenda in 2022. The hotel is perfect for a family with children: decent aquapark, territory and kids club. The staff is always friendly. No issues with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can find available even on the first line new the sea or pool.
I would increase number of reservations per week in restaurants (Med, Beach club). Sometimes, the cleaning service wasnt good enough - dirty floor, havent added tea bags/ coffee, toiletries, towels. Breakfast porridge was overcooked
Clean lines, good size - not too big. Pool was good size.
Fantastic hotel! The architecture, gardens, entertainment, restaurants and food, everything is just awesome!
Everything was perfect but someone from the staff stole $300 from my bag. I wasn't sure because I wasn't 100% sure how much cash I brought with me and didn't report it on the spot but when I got back home I realized that's what happened. I didn't let this ruin my trip but had to mention it.
The property is really beautiful. The decor is minimalist and really modern. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings - really great bands and shows!
For the cost of the property, we were hoping for more. Firstly, if you are choosing this property, it isn't fully all inclusive. Certain restaurants, drinks and experiences, you have to pay for. The property was a very tropical feel. It catered to all family sizes and has a complex layout rather than a typical hotel. You are taken to your room with buggies and the handling of the staff at the door was lovely. The resort was a new and modern build, and was synched to tech. The restaurant booking system was cumbersome to say the least. You must reserve a table a few days before you arrive because the restaurants were totally worth it. While the system says that the restaurant is booked out, when we got there, the restaurant was totally empty throughout dinner service or it was nowhere near full.
