Pros (+) Boutique hotel in Palermo, super nice design and friendly stuff in reception. Rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable,a kettle and free water. Absolutely stunning plants everywhere. Will stay there again if back

Pros (+) Perfect location, beautifully designed, good breakfast and incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. Gave us a great evening dinner recommendation.
Cons (-) The towels did not appear clean. Not sure if this is to with their green credentials? (Notice to use black towel in cases of makeup?) A bit off-putting! Unfortunately there was a power outage on the day we left. Tried to use the internal stairs, but there was no emergency lighting and large items littering the stairs.

Pros (+) We loved our room - incredibly spacious, with very comfortable beds, lots of space to hang our clothes, couches to sit, a nice balcony and a kitchenette to make tea in the evening. Pros (+) 1st time ever of giving higest rating all-round to a hotel. Location excellent and all staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very excelent. Balcony made a relaxing sat even more so.
