Beautiful hotel, super attentive staff, amazing breakfast. Great location. Daniela in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Definitely recommend!

- the room was way too small, you couldn’t fit 2 suitcases in the room - in the morning you could hear the people at the pool talking like they are in your room - there is no hot water - the staff requested to be tipped at the check in - they asked at what time we want to do the check in but the room was not ready - problems with the POS at reception - there are 2 pools, but so small that you can’...Read more

The location was great and the staff was incredible. When we first checked in and were shown our room, we realized we booked the "double" room which was so tiny - about the same size as a cruise ship cabin. The service! We were faced with a series of inconveniences, but the staff at the hotel made sure we were well taken care of. We were supposed to stay at the Palmas, but we were changed to Leones de Alba because of a humidity issue at the Palmas Hotel. This hotel does not have an elevator, so for those with rusty knees, the flights can be a bit challenging. There was noise from the street at night, but manageable.Read more
