The design is very unique and interesting . The server in the cafe was very kind and lovely.
There was no vibe. The bar closed at 9. In the morning when we checking out they were cleaning floors and we couldn’t go to the bar again . The room was cluttered with minibar snacks and drinks and glasses that all should be tucked away rather than occupy so much space in the room .
The staff was so sweet, each time I entered they addressed me by name. The room was the most comfortable - size wise & the set up was perfect for the two of us. The design & asthetic of the entire hotel was exectptional
Location and staff
WiFi very slow in the room and pool area. We asked for the room to be serviced and it wasn’t.
Location, very large room, huge bed, clean and tidy.
I switched the air conditioner off but the vent was still blowing out cold air and I froze during the night.
Very very clean hotel. My sister and I travel a lot and often visit LA. We were looking for a new hotel to stay at that wasn't overly expensive as we usually stay in Beverly Hills. The staff was exceptional. The room was so comfortable, sheets and mattress were so soft & felt like a cocoon. The attention to detail was exceptional. So much room in our double queen room.
The style and location was excellent and the reason we chose the hotel.
It’s somewhat contradictory, but because the vintage style in general is super cool it also lends to the hotel feeling old in certain areas (especially the hallways). The staff was fine, but considering the price and rating of the hotel could have made you feel a little better taken care of. There was a vibe of they were doing you a favor by helping/ answering your questions.
I liked the classy americana vibes, the bar the overall design of the hotel, and we had fun. Location wise many cafes, eateries and shops around.
I thought we booked the inner balcony, it came with a street balcony, was a bit noisy daytime, and I would've loved that privacy wall I saw on booking, but eh, the room was exactly as expected.
Location on a quiet street off 3rd.
I have stayed at Palihouse on numerous occasions and especially like the location on a quiet street in the middle of the Beverly Hills, West Hollywood area. Unfortunately, and there is no doubt in my mind, I left two brand new, very expensive jackets in the room by mistake. I called the front desk staff several times and was told nothing was found.
