Fabulous boutique hotel- great location- easy walk to Westwood village and a short Uber to Beverley Hills. Great decor anda lovely common courtyard to sit outside. Beautiful beds
The rooms were very small and hard to accommodate a suitcase let alone two. The wardrobe space was ver limited. No iron or coffee in the room
The property is right besides UCLA’s medical facility. My Dad was having open heart surgery and there were scheduling complications. The manager was so helpful with adding additional days to our stay!

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. Low quality high price.
No facilities even the basic. Not enough towels. No toothpaste. The room Smelled humid. They also wanted to charge me extra for my dog!
This is an adorable iconic hotel just a few blocks south of the UCLA campus. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Charming pastry breakfast. Rooms are well appointed and decorated to be reminiscent of the 1920-1940.
Breakfast, Coffee and Water in Lobby, Location, Vibe
Housekeeping services no-show, no tissue in rooms, lack of follow-through from lobby staff, lack of trashcans in rooms
Great location, good breakfast options and friendly staff.
There was only one bedside table and no nearby outlet or charging station, which was inconvenient. The sound insulation was also extremely poor. We could hear people talking and doors closing late into the night, and the shower in the next room woke us up at 5am.
As with most Pali spots it's always good. Rooms at some of the other places are a tad bigger, but I was alone, so it didn't matter. Coffee 24 hours a day is nice.
1) Kind staff 2) Good location 3) Allows Amazon deliveries in your name
1) Room too small 2) Only one power plug, which is next to the wash basin. That was absurd 3) Breakfast options extremely limited
did not have breakfast. Had coffee which was good but not alternative milk products. They provided them in the past.
The roller shade in our room broke when trying to close it. We had a light outside that made in bright in our room due to lack of a working shade.
Very well located and lovely staff. The bed as comfortable and breakfast was great coffee, croissant, fruit and yogurt. The building ins 3 floors with no elevator. Ask for the first floor if you can’t do stairs. The building is beautiful, but older, so you hear people in the halls speaking and people walking above your room. None of it bothered me. I would stay again!!!
