Amazing staff Loved my room
The style was well done. Nice size rooms, comfy beds and designer touches. Derek at front desk tried his best when we were faced with numerous issues as outlined in what we didn’t like about the hotel.
We don’t normally complain but there were just too many issues for us. Housekeeping was terrible. Our shower and bathroom in general was not cleaned prior to our arrival as evident by the hair in shower drain 🤮. Also no shampoo in 1 room - bottle removed from wall and not replaced and no towels in 2 of our 3 rooms. We had booked 3 rooms for our family of 8, they left us waiting in reception for 1...Read more
The design of the rooms and the hotel
I always forget his name, but this guy at the frontdesk is the most chill and helpfull guy ever. Been here 4 times now and anytime im there he is just great. Very kind and cool guy at the bar too, and lovely lady (manager) in the lobby. Great rooms. Great location, 2min walk to hollywood blvd. Will always be back.
Waited extremely long at the frontdesk upon my arrival. Arrived 30min too early for check in, wich i knew, and was informed to wait, wich i gladly did. After 20min i was told that the room was almost ready. However, after an hour and 30min wait time, several people started to get in line and i was advised by Javier to start get back in line again, as it was very bussy. Cosy and cute
Dirty hallways, carpets with big stains, they did not clean the rooms not even once for the whole stay even if I requested it. The music from the bar is very loud in the rooms, you hear the bass continuously (hard to sleep when having a jet lag). No breakfast.
Great little hotel, really nicely done and a great location. Staff really helpful.
Only downside is it is very small including the rooms, hotel bar and pool area
Cute boutique hotel in the middle of Hollywood. Felt safe & the hotel was clean.
Extra charge for parking is wild considering it was over 200 usd per night for the room. The barista in the coffee bar was so rude, felt like he hated his job and life. Eyerolled when I asked him about certain drinks. When I called him out on his rudeness he got even sassier.
We like the location a lot as it’s central to lots of things going on in Hollywood. It’s an older refurbished hotel so it’s got a real charm about it and very nicely done. Great pool area with lovely umbrellas and seating as well as balconies overlooking the pool. We really enjoy staying here. The manager Javier is great and very accommodating.
They were doing some electrical work so we are unable to use the pool. Other than that everything was great and they did give us extra drink coupons and free parking to accommodate the inconvenience of not having the pool. The manager Javier was wonderful.
