Pros (+) Cute boutique hotel in the middle of Hollywood. Felt safe & the hotel was clean.
Cons (-) Extra charge for parking is wild considering it was over 200 usd per night for the room. The barista in the coffee bar was so rude, felt like he hated his job and life. Eyerolled when I asked him about certain drinks. When I called him out on his rudeness he got even sassier.

Pros (+) We like the location a lot as it’s central to lots of things going on in Hollywood. It’s an older refurbished hotel so it’s got a real charm about it and very nicely done. Great pool area with lovely umbrellas and seating as well as balconies overlooking the pool. We really enjoy staying here. The manager Javier is great and very accommodating.
Cons (-) They were doing some electrical work so we are unable to use the pool. Other than that everything was great and they did give us extra drink coupons and free parking to accommodate the inconvenience of not having the pool. The manager Javier was wonderful.

I hated some specific people on the front desk although I stayed two weeks one guy who was working was extremely extremely disrespectful and rude! However the manager is super super kind and helpful at all times so even just for him I would always come back! Pros (+) Horrible Hotel. We had to beg to have our room cleaned every single day. No coffee in the mornings. Staff were impolite. Location feels unsafe. The pool area was the only nice thing about the hotel.
