Cons (-) Hotel offers free trip to Murano glass factory in a private water taxi. Interesting tour but the pressure to buy from the factory was extremely overwhelming. It took 3 attempts to leave the factory and the prices the factory quote drop dramatically at the point when they realise you want to go, asking you to come back inside for another chat with a different person! Pros (+) The breakfast was great. the servers were excellent and friendly. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind. The bar tender made excellent drinks and was nice to talk to.
Cons (-) The ability to make the room cooler was not easy and didn't really get cooler. We had to open the pintos and then contend with mosquitos.
