The hotel was amazing and the staff were very kind and friendly.
Staff were so kind and generous - David was very communicative ahead of arrival and very helpful when I was feeling well. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

The elevator was quite small, so with a stroller, only one of us could ride at a time or we had to leave it downstairs. However, this seems to be fairly common in Italy, as many hotels and restaurants tend to be more compact than in other parts of Europe, so it wasn’t such a big problem.Read more

Staff were wonderful, responded quickly to requests and very kind/hospitable. They were the highlight of the stay and provided great recommendations. Property is a nice, relatively new boutique hotel. Central location for tourist sites.
The thermostat doesn't work (can't turn on a/c in March) so room was very muggy. The property is already starting to look a little worn, though relatively new. Elevator is tiny and sometimes doesn't work. Our outlets were not working (circuit tripped in room).
