The staff were excellent, it was such a warm welcome and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The Whatsapp concierge service is something I am missing now I am back at work!!
Although we appreciated the excellent level of service at breakfast, it felt a little formal!
This is the best hotel in Venice!!! Luana and her team are going beyond and above so their guests are having a memorable stay. From the impeccable Venetian interiors to the hidden gardens overlooking the Grand Canale, this hotel is an oasis of luxury in crowded Venice. The included breakfast was outstanding. From the kitchen of their Michelin starred restaurant. A La Carte ordering with many choices. Wait staff (and all the staff) were so attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent. The most impressive things are the details. Details in meeting during check in, during the breakfast, some small nice but nice things in the room, very helpful and friendly stuff. You feel like at home from the first step. Very useful advices concerning the city. Breakfast is perfect, the views are wonderful, the bed is so comfortable!
The entire staff starting with Giacomo was just beyond excellent. This was the end of an extremely special trip for us and the hotel and the staff truly made it a storybook ending. Best hotel experience I’ve had in my life!!

Absolutely everything. Staff are so accommodating and the rooms are spectacular. If you get a chance make sure you book Glam Restaurant!
