Gorgeous ancient Sicilian building in the perfect location. The suite was simply amazing and spacious, very well decorated and comfortable. The restaurant and drink area is very elegant and classy.
The spa is very small and while the staff is extremely kind and available the service should be revised.

Beautifully authentic building right in the city center, yet away from the bustling crowds. The breakfast was exceptional and so was the restaurant in general. The staff are all very kind.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, they waited for us to be picked up from the last point before the pedestrian area, and showed us the hotel's amenities, without being aggressive about it - very much appreciated for the discrete but helpful style.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but the fact that we only stayed for one night meant we did not get to do much, and it seemed that the one pedestrian street filled with stores and restaurants was the only thing we were able to do - but this must be on us because we did not allocate much time to it- was only a discovery visit per se.

To reach the hotel from the main street, guests should be aware that there are a few stairs leading up to the street where the hotel is located. This means that while the hotel is conveniently close to the main thoroughfare, some moderate physical effort is required to climb these stairs.Read more
