Pros (+) Very friendly and service minded staff. We joined a bike cycling race in Tuscany. Even our bikes got "spa" treatment. Amazing.
Cons (-) Missed the chance to chill in a cozy area. But not a big problem.

Pros (+) Nice quiet location but close to attractions such as San Gimignano, Siena etc. Staff was quite nice and helpful. Private parking was helpful.
Cons (-) The room was spacious and there was a spa bath- not booked for. However as it was there we wanted to use it. It didn't work, the knobs were dirty and disgusting. But we didn't complain or use as it was a perk we didn't pay for. Breakfast was relatively bad ice for a 4star hotel.

Cons (-) Scam ! Run away ! We booked this hotel for our son for him to enjoy the pool, right ! No mention that you need to be 14 to access it ! Second, if you are an hotel guest, you need to pay an extra 25€ to access the (empty) spa, not mentioned when you do your booking neither. Reception staff very unfriendly, I would not recommend this hotel !

Pros (+) The room was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was super good and had a vast variety of options.

Pros (+) Everything was like in the pictures, no surprises. The staff were kind and polite. They have the best croissants ever in the breakfast, extra fresh tasty and with large variety.
Cons (-) The only reason they lose some points is the room cleaning. We stayed 3 nights and we never got fresh sheets on the beds, i believe they should have changed them after the second night. Also the floor in the room was never swept properly.
