When we to the hotel the receptionist told us that we were given an executive room. Unfortunately, the room was under the roof top restaurant and it was very noisy at night and early in the morning where chairs and tables were moved .
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Rome. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive. First day room was not good but second day room was good
Location is perfect for central Rome, easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet was good, mainly cold but a good selection. We had an executive room so a good size for 3 of us, sofa bed was made up on arrival which does not always happen so was pleased. Very large bed, good layout of dressing area, sink and separate bathroom. There is some noise from other buildings but probably to be expected...

Could get a little noisy at night
The room size beat our expectations and gave us enough space to the 4 of us to enjoy the little time we spent in the room. The location was absolutely fantastic. It was not our first time in Rome and I think this is the one time when I thought the location couldn't be any better.
The service at the terrace and during breakfast was not great. In the terrace we had to wait for more than 30 minutes just to get a few drinks and we eventually had to leave before they served them. During breakfast the staff wouldn't remove used plates and cutlery from the tables so they'd keep piling up. We thought the breakfast was not good enough. The location was great, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The food at the restaurant was very good and the reception arranged taxis quickly. We would have liked the rooftop bar to be open later and perhaps complimentary water in the lobby (with recyclable cups) after a long day of touring.
