Pros (+) Pamela and Mohammad went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even upgrading our room. They greeted us with warm smiles and complimented my daughter on her accomplishments. The whole reason for the trip! This made my daughter’s day! This hotel is amazing! Madeline in the breakfast area was so accommodating too! We will definitely be back!

Cons (-) the hotel has no safety the bar hostess welcomes everyone in the hotel and everyone can use the elevator (without having to use a card) and goes to any floor they want. Pros (+) Super location at Piazza del Popolo. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout - which is a credit to the housekeepers given that there are mirrors everywhere!! Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely rooftop bar.
