Pros (+) Clean, nice hosts, fairly good breakfast (needs more variety)Centrally located in town to walk to all the amazing resturants and small shops. Great views from breakfast terrace, also wonderful sunsets from roof top terrace.
Cons (-) The 200 steps to walk down to the beach!! No iron in room , needed to request it. Not a family place, adults only. No elevator in the hotel so more stairs! They should offer apperative free on roof top every night so guests can see the sunset. We didn't even no they had roof top till we noticed from the beach looking up!

Pros (+) Beautiful property, friendly staff, right in center of town overlooking beach on cliffs! Spectacular Views. Breakfast was top notch! Best in our entire Italy stay as it had prepared food options as well as the standard Italian breakfast fare.
Cons (-) Communication about parking and pass to drive into historic area.
