Pros (+) The hotel has a brilliant location and the room la were excellent. But it’s the quality of the staff that really made this a place to remember.

Cons (-) The reception member who check us in ( wearing glasses in evening shift) was rude and made jokes about our luggage in a rude way // but the other reception members were so kind and supportive.

We arrived straight to the canal entrance door via water taxi and their kind staff was there to welcoming us and help with the luggages. This hotel is a well designed boutique hotel.
