The hotel is renovated, unique design that combines modern and old, with a lot of comfort and chic. Unfortunately, the city as a whole is in decline and this inevitably reflects the overall impressionIt from Montecatini Terme. Offers no attractions, except for the city Park and the Funicular. Even the great building like Fontana dei coccodrilli, they don't bother to open it for visitors. This is strange because they obviously need funds to maintain an otherwise unique building.Read more
Super interesting room desigh and in-room features. Good location (close to Tetuccio Terme), green and silent part of the town. Big public car parking.
For 5 star hotel and price policy we expact much better quality of breakfast. It was bad surprise: poor choice, cold scramble, bacon and porridge (+ omlete, fride eggs and etc to be paid as extra !!!). I do recommend to the Hotel team to pay attention to that, probably the worst breakfast I had at 5 star hotel in my travel history !!!

Very elegant hotel, a room larger than the standard ones, and the spa is wonderful, a sauna with the most beautiful view I have encountered so far
The breakfast (specifically eggs and bacon) could have been replaced a bit more frequently, but I appreciate we were eating quite late and we were visiting in low-season
Overall the structure of the hotel is great . Great swimming pool and spa . The kindness and attention of the desk / reception was great . Also I had the opportunity to use the SPA and getting very good explanation from the professional running the treatments .
We booked to use the Spa since this area is famous by wellness, they closed the Spa and I paid lots of money for nothing
Loved how quiet it was and the huge bath.
Food was quite expensive
- The SPA’s massages and the staff there - The bedroom which was comfortable and recently renovated
- the staff outside the SPA: when we arrived, we had no introduction to the different services provided or the neighborhood - despite being a 5* hotel, no one accompanied us to our bedroom.
