Fantastic location, amazing views from balcony.
No lift. Made it hard getting luggage up the stairs.
Beautiful and comfortable room with a free and well stocked mini-bar, in perfect position (with balcony overlooking bridge and canal)
While there was an English speaker at the end of Whatsapp (unfortunately we don't speak Italian) there was no-one on site to speak to about everyday matters. We met two friendly house keepers, but they seemed under pressure and the daily housekeeping was sporadic and minimal during our stay considering the price paid. Very helpful staff. Fantastic view from corner room to canal. Perfect location. Close to main shopping street and central station.
Missing slippers. You may experience some noise due to ship horns. May 2025: construction in the other side of canal

It was a bit noisey from the canal but not really a problem.
Excellent location about 10 mins walk from the train station. Clean, quaint hotel with excellent host. Good restaurants close by.

Enter and exit of the property slightly abrasive with a difficult-to-hear voice trying to screen my identity by asking for my name several times every time I tried to enter, asking for passport photos through a doorcam without showing me access property first to confirm reputation of booking management, etc etc
Location was ok - 10 min walk from the bus station.
The hotel was located in a busy area so it was very loud with people outside, restaurant below and the boats on the canal. You couldn't sleep with the windows open. The air-con didn't function properly so the room was far too hot. We experienced ants and mosquitos in the room which, along with the beds and temperature made for an uncomfortable experience across the 3 nights.
