The hotel was perfect. the location too. the stuff incredible. the only remark was the breakfast which was not something special and without a buffet.

I like breakfast is freshly made, but would love to have a bit more options.
The room was a bit too cramped, needs to be a bit bigger so people with large suitcase can easily have space to open or leave them on the ground.
Amazing location, calm place far from the crowds. Andrea is amazing ( also desk lady I think Margarita), thank you so much for making our stay the best we could imagine. We by accident booked restaurant outside of Venice and they arranged transfer for us. Driver Domeniko was such a nice guy. The breakfast is 5 star level and amazing. Do not hesitate and book this amazing place:) We will be back!

Excellent Service. On this European trip we have stayed at eight different hotels besides this one. All of them very good, however My Venice is in a different class when it comes to customer service and the quality of the rooms.
Everything was great.
Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Location was also excellent, heart of venice but just far enough from the overly busy tourist streets, main sights still all within walking distance. It was our honeymoon and the staff made our trip extra special with some nice touches. Getting a room with a terrace is worth it. Plenty nice restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.

The location is ideal, just a few steps from Ca'Razzonico vaporetto stop. The hotel itself seems very newly built/renovated and is small and charming. The restaurant and outside terrace were very nice and quiet, overlooking a small canal.
In my small-ish room about half of it was taken up by a huge bath tub. I think most hotels nowadays focus on good showers and baths are not necessary, even if I was somebody who takes baths I would not use a bath tub in a bedroom as I don't find this hygienic or private enough unless you're travelling alone.
