Pros (+) The hotel was in a great location in the Old Quarter, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops while giving easy access to the immediate area. We would also highlight that the staff were not only friendly but also gave great advise and assistance when organising tours and trips

The hotel is located at the fringe of the Old Quarter within walking distance to the lake and good restaurants. The room was well appointed and the staff members were helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Hanoi’s old quarter. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast buffet offers well prepared Asian and Western alternatives. The staff are wonderful. They truly care about their hotel and their guests. I’d certainly stay again at the PALAGO Boutique Hotel!

A small hotel with a very nice ambience and good vibes . It is in the crowded old quarter, close to many attractions but don’t expect any views from the windows like most other hotels here.
