Pros (+) The breakfast staff were wonderful and all the staff on check out day were amazing! We feel if we had them the entire stay would have been a 9! Our porter on the last day was so kind, helpful and genuinely changed our whole perception of the hotel.
Cons (-) We had a flight arrival in the early hours of the morning. We had double checked we could still check in but when we arrived it seemed it was a hassle. Also the pool only had a handful of loungers and they were always "saved" with no one actually in them. There were no staff upstairs to order drinks. The room was wonderful but we didn't have a view as we were put on a low floor.

Pros (+) It has a lovely old charm feel. A little on the dark side. Rooms not very big for international travellers with 2 suitcases. We arrived at 4.05 to be told our room wasn’t ready & we should go to the roof top to wait.. after a long travel time we were Not pleased with this. The girl at check in wasn’t very friendly or helpful about it however a gentleman stepped in & offered us a free drink at the ...

Pros (+) Perfect position in this beautiful city. Rooms gorgeous and staff exceptional especially Christian at front desk. Breakfast perfect. Loved this hotel. Even had a pool on the roof.

Pros (+) Beautiful inside and out. Divine breakfast and orange juice in abundance. Coffee excellent. Front desk Christian and Hugo were great and v friendly. In a great central position. Pool on 6th floor roof was immaculate. Thanks to everyone. Loved my 3 night stay. Xxxxx
