Pros (+) Breakfast was great, a varied selection and the chefs cooked delicious omelettes to order. We had half board too, so dinner was included- once in the buffet and twice in the a la carte restaurant, to be honest they were both great and service was impeccable. My room was peaceful and the bed was super comfortable- and I am very fussy! The bathroom was beautiful and spacious.

Pros (+) The staff at the hotel were all very professional and friendly. The hotel facilities, for example the pool areas, restaurants, beach bar and bars were fantastic. The fact it was on the beach was great. We stayed in the red level rooms which gave access to a separate breakfast room and almost unlimited snacks and drinks.
Cons (-) There was nothing we didn’t like but the 2* Michelin Restaurant Alevante was not to our liking, and taking into account the high cost of the meal and wine pairing was disappointing. Think carefully on your food preferences before booking.

Pros (+) we had a fantastic stay. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the facilities were amazing. the buffet food for breakfast and dinner was perfect. wouldn't change a thing! highly recommend.
