Pros (+) Location in Getxo was good. Everything was of a very high standard and immaculate. Receptionist Ana a great asset to the hotel.
Cons (-) Found the abundance of staff too much , did not help to present a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel had a too formal atmosphere to enjoy being on holiday.
