The hotel was impeccably clean.
The lunchtime menu was limited in choice as was breakfast selection. The hotel itself was beautiful but for us it was a little too remote. There wasn't anywhere to sit in the evening for a pre dinner or after dinner drink and we found it a little too quiet for us.
Quiet location, well kept property & grounds. Staff very good. Good messaging system for contacting hotel and ordering drinks etc.
Evening meal expensive & needs more variety. Breakfast freshly cooked, but again needs more options (mainly based around eggs).
Beautiful view and large clean and comfortable room
Exact same breakfast selection day after day and some days only oranges for fresh fruit. No pears or bananas. Very expensive
Very peaceful and beautifully restored old buildings with incredible attention to detail and lots of nice artistic touches. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was simple but delightfully presented and healthy. Fairly good gym with free weights and a couple of machines. Nice 10m pool outside - very quiet with only a few guests which suited us perfectly.
We chose a top floor room which was a little small and had a sloping roof. I recommend guests choose one of the available larger rooms. Also Dubrovnik is on a steep hill so there are many steps to navigate - less mobile travellers beware.
Palace Natali was incredible. The property itself was so beautiful we sort of wanted to just hang out there! Such a luxurious escape at a reasonable price. Beet breakfast I’ve had on my life. I’d go back on a second

This place is stunning. Location is up a hill, however only 10 mins from the old town. Yes, there are lots of steps, however you can break part of your journey back by using the slope instead and then the last 107 steps back up to the hotel or Uber is super cheap. We walked there and back most days. A very simple choice with breakfast but lovely and you can have fizz with that. It only has 20 room...

Fantastic stay, amazing property with an interesting history, staff were so hospitable and made us feel so welcomed. Had an absolutely amazing time.
Very large and comfortable room, every detail impeccable. The entire complex is nicely refurbished.
