Pros (+) My family and I stayed at Palace Downtown while we had to wait for our connecting flight to Sydney, 15 hr layover. We found the service attentive and the room large and clean. Our stay was brief, however we were impressed with the service and convenient location.

Pros (+) Near to Dubai Mall and all the good restaurants The hotel staff were friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help — their service was smooth and pleasant throughout the stay
Cons (-) When I first checked in, the room wasn’t properly cleaned — there were dried flowers on the ground near the bed. In addition, the bathroom amenities were very limited, with only a few basic items provided. Pros (+) Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
