Pros (+) Great location and beautiful building
Cons (-) I felt the cleanliness was lacking. We specifically said we didn’t drink alcohol yet a bottle was sent to our room daily. This reflected poor attention to detail.

Pros (+) Hotel and history of hotel was absolutely stunning - as were the rooms!
Cons (-) I wish we could have chosen our room specifically based on view/window, which are such a huge draw for this hotel. While many on the site show large sweeping windows with amazing city views, we had a very small window to physically lean out and turn to see a view of the city.

Pros (+) It was wonderful overall, except by the end, after check out, we left the luggage storage to take it later, it was raining, we ask for some umbrellas, but front desk manager/responsible refuse, explaining that there was no enough umbrellas to borrow. As I said in the beginning, it was a sad end for a wonderful stay.

Pros (+) The hotel has an amazing, very central location. The staff was extremely friendly! There is an opportunity to have a wine tasting and every day there were little gifts awaiting us in our room. The breakfast was ok, the local delicious bubbles were served during the breakfast. The room was spacious and fabulous with very comfy beds.
