The hotel is designed very nicely respecting the heritage of the building, with traditional but modern interior design and furniture. The rooms are very nice, and the staff super friendly, and the location really convenient

It was wonderful overall, except by the end, after check out, we left the luggage storage to take it later, it was raining, we ask for some umbrellas, but front desk manager/responsible refuse, explaining that there was no enough umbrellas to borrow. As I said in the beginning, it was a sad end for a wonderful stay.
Wonderful historic building, maintained to a very high standard and very clean. Staff were professional and very helpful. Great location for exploring Lisbon. Enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant.

The hotel has an amazing, very central location. The staff was extremely friendly! There is an opportunity to have a wine tasting and every day there were little gifts awaiting us in our room. The breakfast was ok, the local delicious bubbles were served during the breakfast. The room was spacious and fabulous with very comfy beds.
