Very beautiful place, mini zoo, birds, spa, nice food, big rooms, kids club and activities for teens and adults
They cannot serve many guests, pool and restaurant are overcrowded sometimes, also, there is no separate zone for kids, it is not tranquil at the pool area; asians women don’t tight their hairs, so pool hygiene is a question. Pool should have rules.
The property is just mind blowing

Plants and setting were beautiful. Staff was truly helpful and attentive. Breakfast brunch was terrific.

Nature
Service is low, it took me 10+ emails to extend my stay for 1 day. Food on breakfast is awful, like in 3 stars. The confition of rooms is really old. Minibar is empty.
The facilities were wonderful. Staff were friendly and approachable. The animal forest was a highlight of my family's stay. There were cows, goats, rabbits, otters and various types of birds.
The property was gorgeous. The food was spectacular and the staff was exceptional in their service
The distance to Ubud and other attractions is not ideal. Not much you can do about that, just plan accordingly
Incredible jungle paradise, with exceptional food and lovely, attentive staff! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Great resort, comfortable beds, wanted to take pillows home. Spa, restaurants, bars, vibe.Cant fault anything.
