There is a very bad smelly channel that goes trough the pool area.
Nice hotel particularly for families with a large pool area. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Big choice at breakfast.
The rooms were a bit small, but no big problem.
The hotel itself is nice, the territory is well maintained, the breakfast is really good and the staff is very friendly and responsive. There are tons of food options if you can walk for anything from 1 to 10 mins.
1) it is built over a wastewater stream/creek. Most of the days there is a smell of poop coming from it (while there is no poop visible, it is unclear how the smell starts).it is also not the best part of the beach to be close to. 2) the rooms are NOT soundproof. Excellent for both families and location. The staff really cannot do enough for you. Location wise, you are in the thick of it. The Kata Walking Street is directly opposite the hotel
A lot of sunbeds would have towels placed on them by 7.30am, with the owners not bothering to show up until around 11am

Too few sun chairs for the pools and people putting their towels for hours to take the chairs. More events should be arranged for kids. We stayed for 7 nights, there was no face painting or small stuff, making kids happy. There was movie nights.
The reception looks very good. The staff is friendly. There are three pools and slides, our child made many friends and had a good time. Good breakfast.
The hotel is popular and the rooms look a bit tired.
Hotel was fine, great with kids.
Kata beach traffic and noice from the traffic. Kata beach is very intense with a lot of people everywhere.
