Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Everything was good!
Beautiful restoration of this heritage building with a tasteful modern vibe inside the rooms. Very nice breakfast and bar area. Pretty lighting and entrance lobby which smelt amazing. Great location near restaurants and pubs for quality dining.
Pool and spa was under maintenance for our first day. Manager assisted on the second day so we could use the spa which was very much appreciated. Private functions on both Saturday night and Sunday afternoon dominated the bar area.
two tiolets and g0od bed
cold resturant and reception poor heating
Location is wonderful with views back to the city and great restaurants below.
The first room, although we were assured it was a “quiet” room was near the road and noisy, so we moved and weren’t able to get the twin bedded option we had booked, instead we had a king loft suite which, whilst very quirky wasn’t really that comfortable or functional for an older couple. Not great sleep!
Location is good. Rooms are nice. Good views. Comfy beds. Great iron.
Could do with a good dust. The decorative steel beams & aircon vents were very dusty.
Outdated facilities, mould in the bathroom with a foul drain smell and poor hot water pressure - you have to fight the shower as it just goes from too hot to ice cold. Looks like it could have been nice about 2 decades ago when it first opened but now I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Suite 536 for reference.
I loved the history of being an old wool store.
The fact they the lift key was dodgy for level four
Good location for dining at the restaurants on the wharf. Was great value on the deal we found.
Hotel a bit dated. Breakfast area a bit cold during winter mornings (heaters weren’t working well). Housekeeping seemed rushed with incomplete tidy up some days.
The most amazing location on the wharf. Not as busy as in the CBD.
Property is a bit tired in some areas.
