Privacy and friendly staff.
The bungalows were elevated and every time you walked the floor would make a creeking sound (waking us up), no coffee maker, no hair dryer, wifi very spotty. Very expensive for what they offered in the complex.
The best place to stay in San Miguel. Wonderful views, time to relax. Perfect
We were the only two guests in the dining room, and the breakfast took more than one hour.
What a great place to stay! I loved the bungalow at the front side with direct views over the field and hills at the background. It looked a bit like being on the African savannah with animals which could pass by any moment. They have a nicely decorated indoor restaurant with views and heaters for colder mornings and evenings. Personnel was super friendly and accommodating. Muchísimas gracias!
The restaurant was good but a little too pricy.
The view from the room and nature was beautiful
Not enough English speakers, beach is advertised but is actually not on the property and not nice vs pictures on Habitas instagram. Food is not good Service is poor All other Habitas are far better quality
They dia activate the keys at noon, you can not even come back to get your stuff; you need to go to the front desk and they let you back in. The road towards the room is hard to luggage transport.
This is my number 9 or 10 visit in San Miguel over the last 6 years. There is nothing like this place in San Miguel with this rate. Obviously I stayed in many casa and hotels in beautiful San Miguel. This one is away from the noise of bells in San Miguel! If you are sensitive to noise, then you know I mean. No noise of bells in here. And yet it is very very close the main city. The hotel is in Val...

I loved the land... views were beautiful... restaurant, lobby area, furniture...
I found my room a bit dirty. I also barely had hot water my first evening and second day, no hot water at all and in fact barely any water coming out so I could not shower. Place was too remote from the centro ( which I knew it was outside of the centro ) but getting back one night on my own was challenging / hard to find the place, confusing on my map. Breakfast - fruit bowl that was included was...Read more
The comfort of the rooms and the architecture and landscaping is amazing ! The staff is adorable.
No coffee machine in the rooms.
This place has the potential to be great. The rooms or comfortable. The food from the menus, when we could order off it was amazing. And the people were all very nice, not always effectual, but nice.
This was a party of 7 girlfriends celebrating a significant birthday. We spent 2 day here, before continuing on to 4 more days in the beautiful San Miguel de Allende. Everything just felt like a bait and switch. Nothing that was supposed to be happening happened. All the plans, treatments, amenities, were either non-existent, or not planned, or an underwhelming substitution. This resort could be a...Read more
The location and property kept surprising me with unusual details like the “playita”was a total surprise. Space to walk and meditate. Great staff front of house staff. Great food. You have essentials including books to remind us to rest and unwind. The staff went over and above expectations.
