Pros (+) The staff was extremely nice, friendly and fast. They took extra care of our son who needs to eat strictly glutenfree. The rooms are very big and offer a lot of space. The food was truly excellent.

Pros (+) Very central in Stellenbosch. A lovely looking hotel. Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a pick up facility to take guests to the wine estate’s for tastings. The front desk was very helpful.
Cons (-) The sun wasn’t on the pool for long but to be fair, this is late autumn. And we were there into go to art galleries, shop, eat good food and drink good wine, all of which we did. The staff were fab.

Cons (-) Avoid rooms facing street - very nosy, also rooms at the ground level around swimming pool have no privacy. Attitude of the management was quite appalling. We’ve booked well in advance on Booking.com with an option to pay later. Two days after booking we’ve received a notification from the hotel via Booking.com to pay at least 50% within a couple of days otherwise our reservation will be cancelled...
