Everything. A superb boutique style hotel from top to bottom. Super location (close to town but just into a quiet neighbourhood). Staff great. Aegir Bistro stunningly good - it is rare for a hotel restaurant to be this good; food/staff/ambience all exceptional. Rooms (1 bed suite in our case) brilliant & perfect for 3 adults with two bikes.

Ravenna, Earl and Valentine were wonderful and greatly helpful. Irish Gee in the bar was fantastic !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Kitchen could’ve been cleaner, sticky handles, and fridge door. Server in the restaurant was bordering on rude. Price is steep.
Nice lounge with live music at happy hour. Convenient restaurant on location. Walking distance to everything. Love the fresh cream for the coffee. Local made soap and lotion in the bathroom.
We checked in as a couple but there were only 3 coffee pods. Would really appreciate if there were 4 pods

There didn?t seem to be A/C in the suite, but ceiling fans and floor fan were quite acequate.
We have previously stayed at the Oswego and both times have booked a suite. The large windows, excellent quality bedding, size of TV for the living room area and availability of a kitchen are all outstanding. We would always stay at the Oswego when visiting Victoria.

The 4 pm check in was less than ideal The couch in the room was not very comfortable to sit on and relax.
