Cons (-) I didn't like the fact that I had to bring coupons for breakfast to get discount from breakfast. Also My son is 5 years old. I was told children at 5 years of age eat for free but I was charged sometimes. I didn't challenge them but I should not have to challenge them. It was inconsistent it made them seem unprofessional.

Pros (+) The hotel is very modern and clean.
Cons (-) It seemed to have a “corporate “ vibe. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. When we arrived by taxi there wasn’t anyone to help with our luggage. It’s a massive hotel and confusing to find where we needed to go to check in.

Cons (-) There was only one space to hang a bath towel which is very inconvenient when there are two guests. Also there was no retractable drying line over the bath to hang wet/damp clothes on.

Free stay and breakfast for kids under 6 year old. Hotel stay was enjoyable. Highly accessible to many metro lines. Nice view of tennoji area from breakfast area.

Pros (+) The only positive about the stay is the view and the breakfast selections.
Cons (-) I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. First, the lifts were a nightmare you constantly had to wait because they were being used to transport people from the basement, and to make things worse, they always smelled like cigarettes. The room itself was not much better. The kettle was broken, and the cleaning service was subpar. It was clear that the cleaner did not...
