This hotel is in a very convenient location, even in a compact city like Prague. The metro, trams, markets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room was bright, clean, and spacious, with large windows that made it feel very open and comfortable. The staff were friendly and patient, and even though my English isn’t very strong, they kindly took the time to explain everything to me....

The hotel booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport which was great as I didn't want to have to think about organizing that myself. They also booked an early morning return taxi and provided breakfast boxes as we were missing breakfast. This was a nice touch we appreciated. Nothing I did not like. General Prague advice -> make sure you have change for public toilets in Prague. That was the only thing I had an issue with for the first day or so before I got around to getting some cash out. It's the only time I needed cash during the entire stay.Read more

they do not offer daily room cleaning. need to tell them to clean the room, and the cleaning is slow. won’t clean your room after 2pm.
Amazing location a stones throw from the heart of Prague centre. Super clean. Very large and spacious. Great pressure for shower and a superb breakfast. Absolutely awesome staff. Super quiet on a quiet side road off the main centre. Slept like a baby. Kitchen available in the apartment if you wanted take out!

Central location. Comfortable bed, excellent amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast.
We had expected an aparthotel setup, but the space was more limited than anticipated. Beyond the bed, the only furnishings were a small round table and two metal garden chairs, which were quite uncomfortable for sitting. We were hoping for an armchair or sofa to relax on, rather than having to sit on the bed.

The hotel is located in the very center, clean, delicious breakfast, many thanks to the girls at the reception. We will definitely come back again.
Rooms are very clean and very well equipped, the breakfast is excellent, good variety of food. The location is superb - a short walk from the main attractions and the train station.
The spa was not cheap but was excellent. Great having kitchenette and washing facilities.
