Pros (+) The food is incredible, the signature menu was one of the best meals we've ever had. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) Perfect hospitality from the staff. Everyone was really kind and friendly, and the service felt personal. We loved the breakfast and the room amenities that showcase the local products of Texel. The bedding was comfortable, and I especially loved the wool duvet.
Cons (-) The room was beautiful, but sometimes I felt like it focused more on the aesthetic than practicality. More lights in the room would be nice as it was quite dim as it is, makes reading book difficult. The coat hangers should have been nailed to the wall instead of using double tapes since one couldn't hold the weight of our winter coat.
