Highly rate this hotel! Beautifully clean, quiet, the smell of the foyer was beautiful . The room (queen) was really spacious and well laid out. The onsen/ spa is amazing. Large communal bath, sauna and two individual tubs. The changing room had moisturiser, hairdryers, spare hairbrushes and other useful things . Breakfast was excellent.
Very traditional Japanese hotel, the design and decoration of the room is very relaxing. They serve free ramen for a late night snack which is a bonus. The onsen is very traditional and peaceful, we would definitely come back!

Room small
Very traditional and beautiful hotel (tatami everywhere, no shoes allowed in the whole hotel, onsen). The onsen was very nice and overall the facilities were great. The free soba ramen for dinner was delicious.
The staff didn't speak much English. The light in the front of the room was motion activated, meaning it would turn on if someone went to the bathroom at night and wake up the other person. The vent in the bathroom was very loud and could be clearly heard at night.
The Japanese vibe is very relaxing, I love that you take off your shoes when entering the hotel, the tatami floor throughout is great. The onsen is exceptional, especially the two individual baths where you can feel the air from outside. Breakfast is also good, mostly Japanese style with some western touches.

The onsen is amazing and the staff is lovely. Plus, we loved the Japanese vibe.
