Interior and location and lobby! 2 staff member were extremely hospital. (The lady blond hair and shorter guy).
Roof terrace was not the best service. If you ask for cappuccino in 5 star hotel and you don’t have that. I think room for improvement.
The staff at check in were great. Bar staff were very good too
We were there for the national power cut. I thought communication could have been better. They had a generator which worked the bar and reception area and we were able to charge phones.It was unfortunate that we were there for the national powercut emergency. Great location, elegant foyer, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, nice bars.
Toilet door didn't close properly. Gym limited and hot. Pool by bar not comfortable to use, more for appearance.

Super friendly and perfectly located! Just a 7-min walk to the beach, close to the city center, metro, bus, and harbour. Our corner room with a balcony was lovely. Amazing hospitality—nothing was too much! Great housekeeping and both bars (especially the rooftop!) made it extra special

Walking in was confusing as it’s the restaurant at the beginning, but staff were there to assist. Not many beds / sufficient seating on the rooftop for hotel guests

1- Shower Gel needs to check daily . 2- WiFi signal was weak most of the time. 3- My room was ( View room) can hear the noise outside. 4- Some parts of the room needs more checking and cleaning
