Everything perfect. Nice structure in a perfect position.
Location to Atocha station and the fact the metro and elevator were a one minute walk fro m the hotel. Special mention must go to Marco who worked in Reception and the restaurant hostess Keren [not sure of spelling]. Both of these staff were excellent communicators and made our stay special.
The construction outside the hotel. But recognise that is not the fault of the hotel.
The dedication of the staff to fulfilling the needs of their clients and making them feel like truly honored guests was striking, and it very likely reflects a priority of the brand's corporate culture. The location within an easy, short walk to Madrid's main train station and the terminus of the easiest bus transfer from the airport would be hard to beat. Great staff, dog friendly and they upgraded our room.
Pillows were a little flat and there is city construction out front.
We had a fantastic experience at Only You Atocha. The staff are welcoming and friendly! We were upgraded to a larger room and they had balloons and birthday for a special occasion we were celebrating. The staff are exceptional! Breakfast was delicious and catered to all of our needs. I would love to stay there again!

Everything was perfect
Perfect location. If you like museums and Retiro, it’s a good place to stay. Very new and modern hotel. Bar and restaurant are nice. It provides hairdryer and hair straightener, which is a surprise. The shampoo and body lotion are good too. The outside of the hotel is under construction but it’s not noisy. Room temperature is fine too.
