Pros (+) The personal was very nice, check in and out was super easy and the room was very comfy. Also the location between the beaches is perfect.

Cons (-) This is a Fancy Hostel not a Hotel, We were given a different room than the one we originally booked, There was mould on the walls and roof in the bathroom and the drain for the shower did not work so the shower tray over flowed across the bathroom floor… After bringing this to the staffs attention they could do nothing for us, after more arguing we got a new room on our 2nd night but had to stay ...

Pros (+) Location was great - equidistant between Kata & Karon Beaches. Short work to the bars, restaurants & night market / walking street in Kata. Good size room with a good shower & aircon.
Cons (-) Breakfast was a shocker.

Pros (+) Staff are exceptionally friendly. Location is very central between 2 beautiful beaches. Room cleaning every day with fresh bottles of water. Very comfortable aircon and comfortable bed. I would stay here again without any hesitation

Pros (+) We got a room upgrade for free, which was great. Room was very big, well equipped and cleaned daily. You can take beach towels, and beach is 5 mins away. Location was very good.

Pros (+) New-ish place. Kind staff- nice small pool. Furnishings are well maintained. Helpful with free onsite parking (only one lot in the hotel), provided beach amenities like towel, bag, umbrella.
Cons (-) Room we had was small. Small TV. Didn’t change the towels during housekeeping. Didn’t provide toothbrush and paste. Pillow very soft.
