Pros (+) The staff was so friendly and warm. We upgraded for a small amount to the garden suite which amazing. A gorgeous place and perfect location and outstanding staff.
Cons (-) The weather was superb and incredibly warm, which just meant that the room was a bit stuffy and had to leave the Dyson on all night. Probably a very rare phenomenon for it to be so warm.

Cons (-) Broken shower and shower base, dust and smell, mismatched furniture, poorly placed. Lack of plug sockets, overpriced breakfast, having to move room...twice! So tired! Light switches all over the place but strangely connected. TV in bathroom does not work, handy as a mirror though as it was in the light.

Cons (-) Parking is up the hill. I think there should be a concierge service which parks your car for you as we had difficulty finding a space and transporting the luggage
