Great location and staff
Music from the battery could last past midnight. Just be prepared
The amazing staff, view, and location!
I couldn’t find the valet so I parked in the lot. I told the front desk and she said “ok that’s fine”. At checkout, I was told that they couldn’t validate the parking & it was $60 (for one night). I would have moved my car if she had let me know at checkin.
Everything was nice. The view was impeccable, staff very friendly. 10/10!
Location
Very expensive for an average family but we understand
Had a lot of issue with the tv, refrigerator did not work, payed extra for parking when I was told I’d only have to pay one fee for my car over 2 days. Staff were great. A lot of issue for price originally was $798 then went to $1200, but bill on credit card says $798 so I’m ok with that price . It was close to the battery and the game and it was clean some of the staff was friendly ans helpful but the is one lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful.
The fact that you are paying all this money for a room and then you have to pay for parking and then there is no free breakfast. And the hotel does not have more options for meals it was not the best
Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Staff was incredible.
The convenience of the location!
The staff was very attentive, polite, had a problem with an employee who was nice but didn't speak English very good.
Some things weren't explained that should have been. For example coming in after 10 pm had to card into the entrances.
Location is great for ballgame or concerts. Restaurants around hotel were subpar
Didn’t like that a staff member came into my room without knocking. Wasn’t cleaning staff because my room was already cleaned. Used her master key and we surprised each other. I was on my way to the restroom. Friday night there was a concert going on and my room was extremely noisy. Music was going on after midnight. No warning from staff as I checked in.
