Nice older hotel in good location. Rooms have been updated and are nice.
Price is high for this type hotel. No free WiFi or breakfast for $250 a night.
Everything! Exceptional service (Zeke went above and beyond), atrium/bar is gorgeous and so relaxing, we got free drink tokens at check-in, the bed was comfortable, shower was fantastic, room was spacious and beautifully decorated, extremely clean, perfect location….2 min walk to downtown mall. Free parking.
Breakfast isn’t included.
Large room Parking Overall - nice place
No kettle in the room Coffee maker does not heat water up for cup of tea Paper cups in the room rather than cup and saucer Only one tea bag per person per day
Clean and nice location
At that price I shouldnt have to pay for am coffee at $10 for 2 at the bar. Complimentary water and ice tea in afternoon but no coffee in the am seems absurd at $400 plus a night.
Great location, good sized rooms.
Slow service in restaurant. Show did not drain well. Noise from other rooms quite evident
Great location, close to pedestrian mall and many restaurants
Wish they would have free coffee in the lobby/bar area in the mornings
Omni has refreshed the rooms, added a nice bar space in the atrium area (long overdue), and is always a solid Charlottesville choice in a great downtown location. It's my go-to when I'm in town.
It's just so expensive. I always have a perfectly satisfactory stay and the location I love... but dang. Always feels like luxury property prices, or at least too expensive for 'perfectly satisfactory'.
STAFF -- Excellent Staff & Service!
location
no grab and go food as shown on internet at coffee bar. room was tiny and shower leaked. view was industrial roof top and we were promised beautiful view. rugs were never vacuumed in the 4 days we were guests. pool area was in need of maintenance. no one answered the desk calls 4 times. vending machines out of drinks.
Great location , close to everything
The indoor pool was extremely small and not that clean, the outdoor pool also looked very small. The night club outside the hotel kept us up til two in the morning. So make sure you ask for a room not facing the street.
