Location and also the employees are very friendly.
The cleaning of the room was ok. The room was enough big. And it was nice decorating. But everything has to be in the room old. Room needs to be renovated. And also the coach was really too old!

Nice and stylish hotel, staff is lovely . Location perfect. I liked that the bathroom could be used separately with a separate room for the toilet and one for the shower, very handy for a couple with a kid.
The shower is hard to shut down because it rotates between shower head and tap but to shut it off you need to fine tune it. That’s it, a very minor issue
Very well located. Beautiful design
Cold staff. Nobody makes an effort to assist you. It serms that the even avoid you. With a very few exceptions the staff makes it a terrible choice in Barcelona. I got the feel they are counting the hours to get out of the place. Not very nice. Too expensive fot that, a lot of much better options for the same price.
Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. The room was really big, comfortable and well furnished.

Pool bar close too early.
The location, comfort, staff and breakfast all exceeded our expectations. The only thing that needs to improve is the wifi. It went on and off a lot of times. Hope the hotel can fix this. Other than that, it is perfect!

Everything was so nice: staff, location, the beds are really comfy, the bedroom is very spacious. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my life! Thanks a lot.

The room is lovely - we only stayed 4 nights in a suite and for the last night we moved to a smaller room, its definitely worth the extra money for the suite space! But overall the hotel is amazing and clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful - the location is close to everything we wanted to see, many food options around the block.
