Not all personnel staff is very qualified. Double check their information, without bad intention but because of their advice you may loose money.
Very well run hotel close to the airport. Very helpful staff, a delicious breakfast and an unexpectedly tasty dinner.

This hotel is very nice and comfortable, rooms are clean, good breakfast and there was ATM in the lobby that chance currency which was great👍🏻
The hotel was fine in general - value for money with most facilities as advertised. Breakfast is ok.
We were overcharged for the taxi we booked from the airport. It was 10 times higher than average taxi prices in Tashkent. Furthermore we had issues on checkout cause the receptionist wanted us to pay in cash just for his convenience. My advice is just be careful when asking for any kind of service from the hotel. Taxis, day trips or whatever, i wouldn't trust them.
Clean, nice rooms, and very nice breakfast hall,with a nice balcony. Staff at breakfast very helpful and willing.
The staff at reception had a weird attitude, overcharged us a lot for taxi from the train station. Also, was not professional at the end as we wanted to pay with card the night before checkout, and he told us to wake up at 6 in the morning to pay before departing, as card was not working at night. In the morning he insisted that we didnt use our cards but paid cash insted (which we didnt have)
A lovely hotel at excellent price and good services. The hall, breakfast area are made in national uzbek style with a good taste. The breakfast is variuos. Staff was very very attentive bringing new things if it was going to finish.

Everything is good. The room is suitable. Breakfast is great having so many suitable options to choose from. Rooms are clean. The bathroom is spacious. We stayed for 4 nights. The pool was closed because it was winter.
They don't have a king or queen size. Only 2 twin mattresses are joined to make it one large bed. The mattress was a little bit uncomfortable.
