Pros (+) The hotel is great overall! Decoration is beautiful and the building is new. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to lots of interest points. Breakfast is simply amazing.
Cons (-) It could get a little noisy at times, specially on our first night, when there was an event at the hotel and live music was played until midnight. The gym is pretty bad. It has equipments in it, but it was clearly made by someone that never went to the gym.

Pros (+) Tapestry review Breakfast did not have enough front of house staff. Some were kind but others were obviously stressed and kind of rude. Everything was running out and not labeled. They walked by open hot stations with the covers left open by unaware or disrespectful guests. No mugs, plates, or silverware. Dirty silverware was left at the buffet stations which collected hair and other gross things ...

Pros (+) Nice modern rooms. Helpful front desk staff and a great safe location. It was very helpful to be able to leave bags in storage while we went to Rapa Nui/Easter Island for a few days also.
Cons (-) We stayed twice within a week. The first time we were on a higher floor and it was very nice and quiet. The second time we were on a lower floor and were woken up by all the noise from the lobby and restaurant in the morning.
