Beautiful hotel and beach, the teppanyaki dinner is AMAZING!!! The Chef is exceptional and very welcoming!!
Lack of activities other than water, maybe open a karaoke room or the pool bar being open would be nice.
The Space, the grounds are huge and well cared for. Rooms are huge. Beds were good. Deck was large and pleasant for spending mornings on. And arguably the best breakfasts of my life! Too many things to list.
Long walk from parking. Valet would not park cars.
Very friendly staff! Rooms wer every nice and I had no issues. Pool, beach, sauna are very close proximity to each other so you can pick how you want to relax and enjoy your vacation. Great breakfast buffet.

It was raining the entire stay at Okuma but the facility was excellent, breakfast was great and the room was clean and beds comfortable.
Spotty WIFI - need to do a better job for connectivity especially since it is raining and we were stuck inside.
The pool was nice!
The cottage was far from the restaurants and pool.
Beautiful area, clean facility, great food, and a friendly staff.
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable for our liking and some of the facilities were closed majority of our stay.
Apart from the beach was very nice not much else
Room booked was not as pictures portrayed. Run down old and smelt . Contacted property through email as arrived late no response. Had to sleep in room first night . Contacted bookings.com to complain . Went to reception next morning had to fight tooth and nail to be moved to a better room wanted to charge me but eventually they backed down . Location is beautiful - nice quiet part of the island with good access to the North of the island The breakfast variety was good Great place if you have kids
We stayed in Palm Cottage and it was quite dirty and had a mouldy bathroom and there was a lingering smell of sewage. The reception area give the impression of a very grand resort but the accommodation we had didn’t really match. Pool doesn’t open until 9 so not available for quiet early swims. The resort has its own beach which, with coral white sand and turquoise sea, is heavenly. The swimming area is well patrolled and is very safe for families with small children. The landscaping of the resort is lovely and there's a great tree which hosts several bats every evening, which we really liked. Since this is a resort geared towards Japanese families we found some of the restrictions slightly unexpected: the swimming pool doesn't open until 9am so a swim before breakfast is not an option. There is no gym either. The kayaking hire is heavily controlled and you can't go outside a certain area, similarly, you must wear a buoyancy aid for snorkelling within the swimming area.
