The staff are very nice & polite. The cleansing staff will wait until we wake up for room service. Moreover, the canteen will open for customers to have drinks. It feels good after a tour to have a cold drink. We only regret that we can’t try its Ramen. It is not supplied for our stay.
This hotel was the highlight of our entire Japan trip, the breakfast was so delicious with many varieties, the pool and hot springs were a great cool down and the ramen hour at night was superb. All staff were outstanding, the daily activities were so fun to do and the cleanliness was topnotch! We stayed on the 11th floor so the view was also a bonus :) I am coming back here again next year

This was our third stay at this resort, and I like the public bath, the free alcohol, the ramen in the evening, and the general atmosphere of the public area.
Every time, I feel that the air is stuffy in the room. I wish the ventilation was better. It is a bit difficult to sleep, also partly because the rooms are small and there is little free space.

The location is great, nearby monorail station. The happy hour night is great though very crowdy.
Hot spring needs a swim suiit (I thought it is a Japanese hot spring). Parking is inconvenient even for small SUV. Too crowdy meal space for breakfast and happy hour.
My kids really liked the hot spring pool. The bathroom was new and updated. The location is good if you want to walk to Kokusai Dori. Nice staff overall.
The room was a lot smaller than expected for a family of 4. The dining hall was chaotic in the morning with a LOT of people. It wasn't very relaxing. Parking structure was expensive to park over night. It's best to use a monorail or just walk.
